Nine Inch Nails Reimagine ‘Tron: Ares’ Soundtrack

Nine Inch Nails have surprise released a reimagining of their Grammy-winning TRON: Ares soundtrack, combining previously unheard score material plus remixes by tour collaborators Boys Noize, ARCA, Mark Pritchard, Lanark Artefax, Chilly Gonzales, Danny L Harle, Jack Dangers, Pixel Grip, Working Men’s Club, the Dare and Schwefelgelband.

Composed by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross but credited to Nine Inch Nails, the TRON: Ares soundtrack features “As Alive As You Need Me To Be,” which won the Grammy for Best Rock Song. The album debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 and atop both the Top Dance and Top Rock & Alternative Albums charts.

Nine Inch Nails are in the midst of a new North American leg of their acclaimed Peel It Back tour, which hits Tulsa, Ok., tonight (Feb. 27) and concludes March 16 in Sacramento, Ca.
