Art Talk and Demo of Plein Art Painting

On Saturday, January 31, 2026, the Brownwood Art Association will host an inspiring Art Talk & Demo with acclaimed plein air artist Randall Cogburn. During this free event, Cogburn will lead an engaging talk on the techniques of plein air painting and demonstrate his creative process by completing a painting from start to finish, featuring a Brownwood location. Artists of all skill levels and art enthusiasts alike are invited to attend, gain insight into the art of painting outdoors, and explore new ways to exercise their creative muscles.
