Japanese Breakfast has been tapped to open three big shows on Chappell Roan’s fall U.S. tour, including Saturday (Sept. 20) and Sept. 24 at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, N.Y., and Oct. 3 in Roan’s Kansas City, Mo., hometown.

Last week, the Michelle Zauner-led group concluded their summer North American tour in support of the album For Melancholy Brunettes (& sad women), which was highlighted by an August show at Los Angeles’ Greek Theatre featuring a two-song surprise appearance by Beck. Following the Roan shows, Japanese Breakfast will visit several fall festivals, including Austin City Limits, Mexico City’s Hypgnosis and Night Moves in Pensacola, Fla.

More from Spin:

Earlier this summer, Japanese Breakfast contributed the new original song “My Baby (Got Nothing At All)” to the Celine Song-directed romantic comedy Materialists, which stars Dakota Johnson, Pedro Pascal and Chris Evans. A24 Music released the accompanying soundtrack.

As for Roan, she’ll wind down the fall run with Oct. 10-11 gigs at Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Ca. She’s released two singles so far this year: the country-leaning “The Giver” and last month’s “The Subway,” although it’s unknown when she will unveil the proper follow-up to her 2023 breakthrough, The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess.‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌
