Melissa Auf der Maur Talks Memoir On ‘Lipps Service’

Musician Melissa Auf der Maur is the guest on the latest installment of the Lipps Service podcast, speaking with host Scott Lipps to coincide with the release of her rock’n’roll memoir, Even the Good Girls Will Cry.

Auf der Maur details her time with Hole in the Live Through This era plus her tenure playing alongside Billy Corgan in Smashing Pumpkins, as well as an update on Courtney Love’s long-awaited solo album, the possibility of a Hole reunion, her decision to step away from music and her life now in the upstate New York town of Hudson. The episode closes with a list of her top five favorite Hole and Smashing Pumpkins tunes, plus her favorite bass players.
