Suki Waterhouse is making it official. After teasing a new era late last month with the track “Back in Love,” the indie pop singer has confirmed that her next full-length album, Loveland, is arriving July 10 via Island Records. The 14-track effort’s second single, “Tiny Raisin,” is expected on Friday (April 24).

Loveland to me lives in the distance between a former self who felt most alive in romance, fantasy and momentum, and a present self reaching for something steadier, more
intimate and more true,” Waterhouse opines. “That split is deepened by motherhood, and by the strange feeling of becoming someone new while still carrying the shape of who you were before.”

More from Spin:

The album boasts an impressive cast of production and songwriting collaborators, including Amy Allen (Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter), the National’s Aaron Dessner (Taylor Swift, Gracie Abrams), Joel Little (Lorde) and Dan Wilson, alongside longtime creative partners Jules Apollinaire and Natalie Findlay.

Loveland the follow-up to 2024’s Memoir of a Sparklemuffin. That album, her second and final release for indie Sub Pop, generated the streaming hits “My Fun,” “OMG” and “To Love” and brought the onetime model/actress to new levels of visibility.

Waterhouse has been off the road since opening for Laufey in North American arenas last fall, but she will return to the stage for a handful of shows this summer. They include July 31 at Lollapalooza in Chicago, Aug. 2 at the Hinterland festival in Saint Charles, Ia., Aug. 6 in Seattle and Aug. 7 in Portland, Or.
